APEX EXPO

null

Long Beach, USA

Inmarsat is looking forward to attending the Airline Passenger Experience Association’s (APEX) EXPO again this year. The event is one of aviation’s biggest, with industry professionals attending from all over the world. The exhibition is our opportunity to meet with current and potential customers and partners as we learn about the ‎latest trends and innovations in aviation.

We’ll be sharing our latest news plus we’ll have some exciting announcements, including the launch of our newest Passenger Experience Survey.

We’ll be showcasing our customer experience platform, OneFi on our stand (331). Visit us to see our interactive demonstrations that allow you to try out the portal interface, so it’s easy to grasp its exciting commercial potential for airlines, whilst gaining perspective on the passenger’s enhanced experience.

If you’re interested in hearing more about how we are working with Airbus on their ground-breaking inflight connectivity solution, HBCplus, we’ll have details on our stand. Inmarsat is the first Managed Service Provider (MSP) to have been selected by Airbus, offering GX Aviation to this innovative solution for airlines.

Our team will also be on hand to talk through our progress with ORCHESTRA, our new multi-dimensional dynamic mesh network, that is set to bring the highest capacity for mobility worldwide, the fastest average speeds and the lowest average latency of any network, planned or in existence.

We’ll have a selection of hardware available to see in person on the stand and will outline the progress we’re making with our fully funded technology roadmap, which is steadily unfolding.

We will be exhibiting on 25 and 26 October, and you can find us at stand 331.

Maximising Customer Service

We’ll also be taking part in the Thought Leadership Conference, Session B3, on Thursday 27 October at 3.45-4.30pm.

Inmarsat Aviation’s VP of Airline Proposition and Experience, Guillaume Vivet will be joining a panel discussion alongside Delta Air Lines’ SVP of Alliances, Perry Cantarutti, Thales’ Customer Success Officer, Neil James, Virgin Atlantic’s Chief Commercial Officer, Juha Järvinen and Fiji Airways’ CXO, Shaenaz Voss. PaxEx.aero Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Seth Miller will moderate.

The session will explore how more revenue can be generated from the investments airlines make into their products and services to entertain and engage their passengers. And how these investments might yield great passenger loyalty too.
